Chocolate & Raspberry trifle

Serves:4-6

Ingredients

  • 200 g chocolate cream cheese
  • 500 ml low- fat or soya cream
  • 2 x 200g Tennis biscuits, crushed
  • 350 g cocoa powder, for dusting

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whip the cream cheese until creamy then add 1 cup of cream and whip until light and fluffy.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the remaining cream to soft peak stage.
  3. To assemble the dessert, layer the biscuits, chocolate mixture and raspberries then finish with the whipped cream and a few extra raspberries.
  4. Chill for up to 2 hours before serving.
