Chocolate & Raspberry trifle

Ingredients
- 200 g chocolate cream cheese
- 500 ml low- fat or soya cream
- 2 x 200g Tennis biscuits, crushed
- 350 g cocoa powder, for dusting

Cooking Instructions
- In a bowl, whip the cream cheese until creamy then add 1 cup of cream and whip until light and fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the remaining cream to soft peak stage.
- To assemble the dessert, layer the biscuits, chocolate mixture and raspberries then finish with the whipped cream and a few extra raspberries.
- Chill for up to 2 hours before serving.
