Ingredients: olive oil, to drizzle; Arborio rice; medium onion, finely chopped; garlic, crushed; vermouth; dry white wine; organic chicken stock; unsalted butter; Grana Padano cheese, plus extra for serving; ground nutmeg, to taste; watercress, leaves only; sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste; Pine nuts, toasted

Cooking Instructions

Remove the decorative bits from the cake and make sure the surface is even.
Mix the chocolate icing according to the package instructions and spread a thick layer over the top and sides of the cake. Distribute evenly.
Decorate the cake with the chocolate and hazelnut cookies, alternating the flavours. Enjoy!
