Cooking Instructions
- Set the air fryer on 185 C°. Grease three 10 cm x 6 cm deep ramekins and dust with a coating of cocoa powder to ensure the edges do not stick and you get a beautiful even rise and bake.
- Combine your melted chocolate and butter until glossy. In another bowl whisk together the eggs, sugar and vanilla until pale and fluffy. Add the flour and chocolate mixture with the salt and combine, do not over mix as this will result in a dense bake.
- Divide the mixture between the 3 ramekins, place a block of Lindor milk chocolate into the centre of each pudding and bake for 8 minutes until just set.
- Line the ramekins with a butter knife to release the sides and turn out your chocolate puddings, top with chopped chuckles slab and serve with double cream and fresh berries.
