Raspberry-and-white chocolate trifle

Ingredients

  • 4 strawberry jelly
  • raspberries
  • lamington cake slices
  • 200 g white chocolate
  • cream

Cooking Instructions

  1. Prepare 4 packets Woolworths strawberry jelly according to package instructions.
  2. Pour into a trifle bowl and top with 1 punnet Woolworths raspberries. Chill to set.
  3. Top with two punnets Woolworths lamington cake slices.
  4. To make the white chocolate mousse, melt 200 g white chocolate, then cool slightly. Whip 1½ cups cream until soft peaks form, then fold in the cooled white chocolate. Pour onto the lamingtons and chill to set.
