Lemon-and-rose cake

- 2 boxes Gluten Free Vanilla Cake
- zest of half a lemon
- full fat cream cheese
- pink food colouring
- chopped pistachios
- Turkish delight
- edible flowers

Cooking Instructions
- Prepare 2 Woolworths gluten-free vanilla cakes according to package instructions. Use one box per cake tin and add the zest of 1/2 lemon to each batch before baking.
- To make the icing, beat 500 g full-cream cream cheese. Gradually add 50 g sifted icing sugar, 2 t rose-water, 1 t pink food colouring and the zest of 1 lemon.
- Once the cakes have cooled, decorate with the rose cream cheese icing.
- Top with chopped pistachios, Turkish delight and edible flowers.
