Classic roast potatoes with sea salt
Ingredients
- fresh rosemary
- 2 tbsp sea salt flakes
- 1 head of garlic
- 3 Tbsp butter
- olive oil
- 1 kg potatoes, peeled,quartered and parboiled

Cooking Instructions
- Add olive oil & butter to hot parboiled potatoes.
- Shake and toss potatoes to make fluffy edges.
- Add the potatoes to a baking tray.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and fresh rosemary.
- Roast for 45 minutes at 200°C until golden.
