Cheese & Herb Chicken Breast Roast

Ingredients
- 1 x 750 g easy to cook chicken, cheddar cheese and herb breast roast
- green beans, halved
- 50g Butter
- 50 g walnuts or almonds, crushed
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 20 g fresh sage leaves, finely chopped
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 250 g smooth cream cheese

Cooking Instructions
Cook the chicken breast roast according to package instructions. Leave to rest while you prepare the green beans.
Place the green beans in a saucepan of salted boiling water and cook for about 2 minutes. Drain.
Place the butter in a small saucepan over a medium to high heat (you can add more depending on how much sauce you want) and melt. Take care not to let it burn. When it browns, remove from the heat and add the crushed walnuts or almonds, garlic and sage.
Toss the butter with the beans. Serve immediately with the chicken breast roast.
