Easy tomato, cucumber and chilli sambal

Ingredients
- 3 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced to garnish
- 1 medium red onion, sliced thinly
- 1 to 2 red chillies, seeded and finely chopped (optional, to serve)
- 1/2 bunch coriander leaves, to garnish
- 2 tsp fresh lime, juiced
- salt to taste
