Thai Green/Red Curry

Ingredients

  • 400 g Chicken breast fillets
  • 400 g Chicken mini breast fillets
  • 500 g Free range beef Stroganoff
  • 600 g Beef stir fry
  • 400 g Asian Thai Red Curry Cook-in Sauce
  • 250 g RTE coconut Jasmine rice
  • 400 g Asian Thai Green Curry Cook-in Sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. Empty the contents of the sachet into a saucepan.
  2. Bring it to the boil.
  3. Once it comes to the boil, immediately reduce the heat to a simmer. 
  4. Add approximately 1 cup of cubed chicken, fish, prawns, or a combination of the three. 
  5. Simmer gently for about 7 – 10 minutes until cooked through.
