Thai Green/Red Curry
Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken breast fillets
- 400 g Chicken mini breast fillets
- 500 g Free range beef Stroganoff
- 600 g Beef stir fry
- 400 g Asian Thai Red Curry Cook-in Sauce
- 250 g RTE coconut Jasmine rice
- 400 g Asian Thai Green Curry Cook-in Sauce

Cooking Instructions
- Empty the contents of the sachet into a saucepan.
- Bring it to the boil.
- Once it comes to the boil, immediately reduce the heat to a simmer.
- Add approximately 1 cup of cubed chicken, fish, prawns, or a combination of the three.
- Simmer gently for about 7 – 10 minutes until cooked through.
