Ingredients
- 1 Onion, diced
- 2 Garlic cloves, crushed
- Lean Beef Mince 500g
- Bolognese Pasta Sauce 375ml
- 500 g wholewheat spaghetti
- 60 g Grated hard Italian cheese
- salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions
- Heat a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Add 15 ml olive oil, onions, garlic to the saucepan and fry gently for 5-6 minutes, or until softened and the onions are translucent.
- Add the rest of the olive oil, the beef mince and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook the mince until well browned over a medium-high heat.
- Add the pasta sauce to the mince, give it a good mix and allow the bolognese to simmer gentle on a low heat, season to taste.
- Meanwhile heat a large saucepan of water and add a generous pinch of salt. Cook the spaghetti according to the packet instructions.
- Once the spaghetti is cooked through, drain and add to the pan with the bolognese sauce.
- Mix well and serve with grated hard Italian cheese.
