Watermelon

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of ice
  • 1 L iced water
  • 100 g watermelon cut into small blocks
  • 10 small fresh basil
  • 2 cm fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated

Cooking Instructions

  1. Combine the ginger and basil in a glass jug and muddle with a wooden spoon to release more flavours. Add the watermelon and combine well.
  2. Add 1L ice water and place in the fridge until ready to serve.
  3. Just before serving add about 2 cups of ice.
  4. Mix the water well and serve.
