Watermelon

Ingredients
- 2 cups of ice
- 1 L iced water
- 100 g watermelon cut into small blocks
- 10 small fresh basil
- 2 cm fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated

Cooking Instructions
- Combine the ginger and basil in a glass jug and muddle with a wooden spoon to release more flavours. Add the watermelon and combine well.
- Add 1L ice water and place in the fridge until ready to serve.
- Just before serving add about 2 cups of ice.
- Mix the water well and serve.
