Ingredients
- 2 baby gem lettuces, halved
- 2 avocados, peeled and halved
- 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
- 65 g Antipasti Chimichurri
- 70 g Caramelised Onion and Cheddar croutons
- 70 g Pitted Green Olives with a hint of chilli
- 16 Crumbed Chicken strips (or use 'pieces')
- 100 g Basil and White Balsamic Dressing
- Smoked and pickled jalapenos, for serving

Cooking Instructions
Crunchy green salad just got better with the addition of crumbed chicken pieces and a zesty dressing.
- Place the lettuce on a platter or plates with the avocado and cucumber. Spoon over the chimichurri and add the croutons and olives.
- Add the crumbed chicken strips (or use ‘pieces’) drizzle over the dressing and season.
