Ingredients
- 180 g hummus
- 1 T tahini
- 2 T lemon juice
- 3 T plain yoghurt
- salt, to taste
- 1 medium rotisserie chicken
- 200 g Rice Vermicelli, cooked
- 100 g asparagus, blanched
- 100 g Tenderstem broccoli,blanched
- 80 g mangetout
- 100 g green beans, blanched
- 50 g baby spinach, thinly sliced
- 100 g edamame beans
- 2 salad onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Blue Elephant Lemongrass Dressing
