Avocado, nectarine and lettuce salad

  • Snipped chives, to garnish
  • Caesar dressing, to serve
  • 200 g Lettuce
  • 230 g Frozen cooked prawns, defrosted
  • 2 Nectarines, thinly sliced
  • 2 Avocados, quartered

Cooking Instructions

  1. Mix together all the ingredients and drizzle with dressing just before eating.
