Ingredients
- grated hard cheese
- grated mozzarella
- Everyday linguine
- Italian herbs
- Diced tomatoes
- Whole peeled tomatoes in tomato juice
- Plant-based bolognaise sauce
- Lean beef mince 1kg
- Napoletana pasta sauce
- 30ml Olive Oil
- 1 Onion, diced
- 2 Garlic cloves, crushed
- Pinch salt
- Pinch pepper

Cooking Instructions
- Heat a large saucepan over a medium heat.
- Add 15 ml olive oil, onions, garlic to the saucepan and fry gently for 5-6 minutes, or until softened and the onions are translucent.
- Add the rest of the olive oil, the beef mince and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook the mince until well browned over a medium-high heat.
- Add the pasta sauce to the mince, give it a good mix and allow the Bolognese to simmer gentle on a low heat; season to taste.
- Meanwhile heat a large saucepan of water and add a generous pinch of salt. Cook the spaghetti according to the packet instructions.
- Once the spaghetti is cooked through, drain and add to the pan with the bolognese sauce.
- Mix well and serve with grated hard cheese.
