Spiced kale chips

Ingredients

  • Fresh kale, washed, dried and stems removed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • pinch cayenne pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Lay kale onto a baking sheet and toss with the olive oil and salt.
  3. Bake until crisp, turning the leaves halfway through cooking – should take about 20 minutes to cook.
  4. As soon as the chips come out of the oven, sprinkle with the garlic powder and the cayenne pepper.
