Ingredients
- Fresh kale, washed, dried and stems removed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- pinch salt
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- pinch cayenne pepper

Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Lay kale onto a baking sheet and toss with the olive oil and salt.
- Bake until crisp, turning the leaves halfway through cooking – should take about 20 minutes to cook.
- As soon as the chips come out of the oven, sprinkle with the garlic powder and the cayenne pepper.
