Men's Health signature burger
Ingredients
- Lime,to squeeze over
- 2 Avocados, flesh removed
- 4 tbsp Jalapeno,sliced
- 4 Woolworths brown seeded rolls, lightly toasted
- 200 g lean back bacon, grilled until lightly crisp
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 80 g Watercress
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 65 g parmesan, finely grated
- 4 Woolworths beef burger patties

Cooking Instructions
- Add the burger patties to a mixing bowl, scatter in the parmesan and combine the cheese into the meat. Reshape into 4 equal sized patties.
- Heat the oil over a medium heat before adding the patties and frying for 2-3 minutes or until well caramelized. Turn over and cook the other side in the same way.
- Place the base of the base of the buns to a serving platter before adding the watercress, and scattering of red onion. Top with the burger patty then add some jalapeno and avocado then finish of with a squeeze of lime, seasoning and topping with the last half of the bun.
