Trout roulades & salmon flakes

Ingredients

  • Woolworths Hot Smoked Salmon Flakes
  • Woolworths Canapé Smoked Trout & Salmon Roulades, to serve
  • Woolworths Sea Salt & Black Pepper Flavoured Beetroot Crisps
  • pea shoots, for serving
  • 4 1/2 limes, juiced and zested
  • 2 Tbsp sea salt flakes

Cooking Instructions

 
  1. Grate the zest of 2 limes over the salt.
  2. Combine to make lime salt.
  3. Place a wheel of salmon roulade onto a large beetroot chip.
  4. Alternate with pepperdew smoked salmon flakes.
  5. Sprinkle with lime salt.
  6. Top with pea shoots.
  7. Drizzle olive oil.
  8. Assemble your salmon platter and and serve with pomegranate and basil vanilla and pomegranate bubbles.
