Trout roulades & salmon flakes
Ingredients
- Woolworths Hot Smoked Salmon Flakes
- Woolworths Canapé Smoked Trout & Salmon Roulades, to serve
- Woolworths Sea Salt & Black Pepper Flavoured Beetroot Crisps
- pea shoots, for serving
- 4 1/2 limes, juiced and zested
- 2 Tbsp sea salt flakes

Cooking Instructions
- Grate the zest of 2 limes over the salt.
- Combine to make lime salt.
- Place a wheel of salmon roulade onto a large beetroot chip.
- Alternate with pepperdew smoked salmon flakes.
- Sprinkle with lime salt.
- Top with pea shoots.
- Drizzle olive oil.
- Assemble your salmon platter and and serve with pomegranate and basil vanilla and pomegranate bubbles.
