Sriracha ginger glazed chicken wings

Ingredients
- 1 kg Free range chicken wings
- 2 fresh limes cut into wedges
- Super sour Sriracha hot chilli sauce
- 4 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 4 Tbsp sesame oil
- organic olive oil, for drizzling
- 2 Tbsp lemon, juiced
- 4 cloves whole garlic, peeled
- 3 Tbsp fresh ginger, finely grated

Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Blend the ingredients for the glaze in a food processor until they form a thick sauce.
- Combine the glaze with the chicken wings in a large bowl and mix well.
- Spread the chicken wings in a single layer in a roasting pan or on skewers to cook on the braai.
- Bake or braai for 25 minutes, turning the chicken wings every so often to ensure they caramelise evenly.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve warm with lime wedges.
