Asian-style smoked trout salad

Ingredients
- ponzu sauce
- mixed salad leaves
- 1 avocado, halved, pitted and sliced
- 300 g oak smoked trout
- pink pickled ginger
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- sushi rice, cooked

Cooking Instructions
- Toss the salad leaves with 3 T ponzu sauce. Turn onto a platter and add the avocado.
- Moisten with the remaining ponzu sauce.
- Add the smoked trout, tuck in the pickled ginger and season lightly with black pepper.
- Serve with the sushi rice, if using.
