Berry & Coconut Glow Bowl

Great for breakfast, as a snack, or for dessert – actually, great any time. This berry and coconut bowl will definitely make you feel a little glowy.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dairy free cultured coconut plain yoghurt
  • 250 g strawberry and macadamia granola
  • 100 g frozen raspberries
  • 100 g dried cranberries
  • 12 strawberries
  • 50 g fresh coconut chunks, thinly sliced
  • 100 g pomegranate rubies
  • honey, to drizzle

Cooking Instructions

  1. Spoon the coconut yoghurt into a bowl and top with some granola.
  2. Spoon some frozen raspberries with their liquid on top of the yoghurt.
  3. Add a few frozen cranberries and a few strawberry slices.
  4. Finish the bowl off with some grated coconut and pomegranates. Drizzle with honey.
