Naan bread pizza with red onion pickle

Ingredients
- 90 g Red onion pickle, to serve
- Fresh coriander leaves, to serve
- 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
- Spiced lemon and lime pickle, to serve
- 1 Red pepper, thinly sliced
- 100 g Feta cheese, roughly crumbled
- 2 Courgettes, thinly sliced
- 4 naan breads
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 1 cup Woolworths tomato purée

Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the braai grill to medium.
- Combine the tomato purée, coriander, cumin, chilli flakes and garlic salt in a small bowl.
- Place each naan bread on 2 sheets of baking paper - this will make it easier to lift the naan bread pizzas on and off the braai.
- Spread the tomato mixture over each naan bread.
- Scatter the courgettes, red pepper and onion over the naans, then top with the crumbled feta.
- Put the naan breads on the baking paper on the braai. Close the lid if there is one, or cover the pizzas with a baking tray.
- Cook for about 3 – 4 minutes. Lift the pizzas up with a metal spatula to see how cooked they are. Remove from the braai when golden brown in colour.
- Scatter the warm naan pizzas with the red onion pickle, coriander leaves and serve with the lime and lemon pickle.
