Cooking Instructions
INGREDIENTS:
- 500 g lean beef mince
- 350 g penne, cooked al dente, reserving 2 T water
- 375 ml Tomato & Basil Pasta sauce
- 6 basil leaves
- 3 T olive oil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to season
METHOD:
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Warm the sauce and toss through the pasta and reserved water.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and carefully add the basil leaves, stand back as the oil does splatter a bit.
- Serve the pasta with the leaves and season with salt and pepper.
