Ingredients
- chia seeds (optional)
- honey
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- plain yoghurt
- 1 ripe papaya

Cooking Instructions
- Slice papaya in half lengthwise. Spoon out seeds and scrape away just enough meat to create a small well.
- Fill each side with yoghurt, fruit and granola.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with a pinch of chia seeds or ground papayas seeds if desired.
