Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 x 150 g double cream coconut lime yoghurt
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • pineapple, to garnish
  • chia seeds, to serve
  • toasted coconut, for topping

Cooking Instructions

  1. Combine the pineapple, yoghurt, ice, chia seeds, oats and pineapple in a blender, then blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into bowls, then garnish before serving.
