Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 x 150 g double cream coconut lime yoghurt
- 1 cup ice
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- pineapple, to garnish
- chia seeds, to serve
- toasted coconut, for topping

Cooking Instructions
- Combine the pineapple, yoghurt, ice, chia seeds, oats and pineapple in a blender, then blend until smooth.
- Pour into bowls, then garnish before serving.
