Whole Kabeljou with Harissa

Ingredients

  • 2 x 500g whole kabeljou with lemon and thyme
  • 1 tsp harissa paste
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil, to drizzle
  • salt to taste
  • juice of one lemon

Cooking Instructions

  1. Prepare your braai and ensure the coals are medium hot before cooking the fish.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the Harissa paste with the olive oil, salt and lemon juice and cover the fish liberally with it.
  3. Place the fish in a braai grid and place on the fire.
  4. Cook the fish for 10 minutes a side until cooked through.
  5. Remove from the heat and serve immediately.
