Whole Kabeljou with Harissa

Ingredients
- 2 x 500g whole kabeljou with lemon and thyme
- 1 tsp harissa paste
- 4 Tbsp olive oil, to drizzle
- salt to taste
- juice of one lemon

Cooking Instructions
- Prepare your braai and ensure the coals are medium hot before cooking the fish.
- In a small bowl, combine the Harissa paste with the olive oil, salt and lemon juice and cover the fish liberally with it.
- Place the fish in a braai grid and place on the fire.
- Cook the fish for 10 minutes a side until cooked through.
- Remove from the heat and serve immediately.
