Grilled hake ratatouille

  • hake fillets
  • ratatouille
  • preserved lemons
  • ciabatta bread

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill pan on high heat. Rinse the hake under cold, running water and pat dry with paper towels. Score the fish on both sides. Season with pepper and salt.
  2. Drizzle olive oil on the hot grill and cook the hake for approximately 3 to 4 minutes on each side until crispy and cooked through. Flip carefully so that you do not damage the skin.
  3. Pair grilled fish with ratatouille and preserved lemons served on sliced Ciabatta bread.
