Pan-fried gnocchi and truffled mushrooms

Ingredients
- gnocchi
- 1/2 tsp truffle oil
- fresh Ayrshire cream
- exotic mushroom mix
- 100 g baby spinach
- 4 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus extra for drizzling
- salt
- 1.5 g pepper
- garlic flakes

Cooking Instructions
- Heat the oil over a medium heat and add the mushrooms and garlic, season with salt and pepper.
- Once softened add the cream and baby spinach. Add a few drops of truffle oil.
- Blanch the gnocchi.
- Before serving, fry the blanched gnocchi in a pan to colour. Serve with mushroom sauce.
