Caprese pizza

Ingredients
- 4 Nectarines, cut into wedges (optional)
- 2 cups Gouda, grated
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- lemon juice
- olive oil
- small bunch basil leaves
- 1 garlic cloves, crushed
- 8 ripe tomatoes, sliced

Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Divide the dough into four pieces. Click here for our basic pizza dough recipe.
- Sprinkle the counter with flour and roll out into rectangles.
- Top with the Taleggio cheese (or Gouda), tomato and garlic and put on a greased baking tray.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
- Mix the basil leaves, nectarines, olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
- Spoon onto the pizza and serve.
