Ingredients

  • 1 shot gin
  • 1/2 shot freshly squeezed blood orange juice
  • 1/4 shot sugar syrup
  • 12 ice cubes
  • methode cap classique
  • 1 maraschino Cherry, to garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. An hour before the party put the champagne flutes in the fridge to chill.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, shake the gin, orange juice and sugar syrup with ice and strain into a chilled champagne flute.
  3. Top up with a good, crisp Méthode Cap Classique and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
