- 1 shot gin
- 1/2 shot freshly squeezed blood orange juice
- 1/4 shot sugar syrup
- 12 ice cubes
- methode cap classique
- 1 maraschino Cherry, to garnish

Cooking Instructions
- An hour before the party put the champagne flutes in the fridge to chill.
- In a cocktail shaker, shake the gin, orange juice and sugar syrup with ice and strain into a chilled champagne flute.
- Top up with a good, crisp Méthode Cap Classique and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
