Ingredients
- 400 g woolworths calamari tubes and tentacles
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 50 g rice flour
- 50 g cornflour, mixed with 2 1/2 Tbsp cold water

Cooking Instructions
- Mix 50 g cornflour, 50 g rice flour, 1 T black pepper and 2 t salt.
- Toss with 400 g squid, then fry in batches in hot vegetable oil for 2 minutes or until golden.
- Serve with a green salad.
