- 1 tbsp ghee
- 50 g Vindaloo Indian curry paste
- 1 tbsp Grate fresh turmeric
- 1 tbsp crushed garlic
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp crushed chilli
- 2 tbsp breyani spice
- pinch of saffron

- Stir-fry 500 g Woolworths extra-large black tiger prawns in 1 tsp ghee and 1 x 50 g sachet Woolworths vindaloo Indian curry paste.
- In a separate pan, heat 2 tsp ghee over a medium heat.
- Add 1 tsp grated fresh turmeric, 1 tsp crushed garlic, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 tsp crushed chilli, 2 tsp Woolworths breyani spice and a pinch of saffron.
- Fry until fragrant. Cook Woolworths basmati rice according to package instructions and serve with the prawns.
