Sticky satsumas and camembert

Ingredients

  • pistachios, finely chopped
  • camembert
  • 30 g Woolworths organic brown sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 4 satsumas, halved

Cooking Instructions

  1. Peel and halve 4 satsumas, then place in a pan, cut-side down, with 50 g butter and 30 g brown sugar. Caramelise over a medium heat for 5 minutes, then serve warm with the pan juices over ripe Camembert.
  2. Sprinkle with finely chopped pistachios.
