- pistachios, finely chopped
- camembert
- 30 g Woolworths organic brown sugar
- 50 g butter
- 4 satsumas, halved

Cooking Instructions
- Peel and halve 4 satsumas, then place in a pan, cut-side down, with 50 g butter and 30 g brown sugar. Caramelise over a medium heat for 5 minutes, then serve warm with the pan juices over ripe Camembert.
- Sprinkle with finely chopped pistachios.
