No-bake granola bars

Serves:Makes approximately 15 balls


  • A pinch of salt
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) smooth peanut butter
  • 4 Fresh medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • 5 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 tbls breakfast seed mix
  • 1 cup Salted almonds, chopped
  • 1 and a half cups raisins

Cooking Instructions

  1. Blend the medjool dates, peanut butter, maple syrup and salt in a food processor until a smooth paste-like consistency is achieved.
  2. Place in a bowl then add the oats, almonds, seeds and raisins and mix well.
  3. Line a 30cmx20cm dish with baking paper and press the mixture in, flattening the top.
  4. Place in the fridge overnight to set.
  5. When set, cut into bars then keep in the fridge in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
