Tomato, chilli, caper tagliatelle

Ingredients

  • 370 ml napoletana pasta sauce
  • 245 g pickled peppers
  • 500 g tagliatelle
  • 180 ml Chilli and garlic stir-through pasta sauce
  • 150 g Italian Gorgonzola Semi Soft Medium Fat Cheese
  • 12 capers

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain.  
  2. Heat 4 T oil in a frying pan, then add the sauce and capers and warm through. 
  3. Toss through the drained pasta and serve with the Gorgonzola.
