Ingredients
- 400 g Penne
- 2 T Cooking olive oil
- 600 g Chicken meatballs
- 600 g Everything tomato pasta sauce
- 250 g Ricotta
- Rosa tomato leaf salad

Cooking Instructions
- Cook the penne in boiling salted water for 10 minutes, or until al dente, then drain.
- While pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large pan over a medium heat and fry the meatballs until cooked through and golden. Pour over the sauce and heat through
- Serve meatballs with the pasta, ricotta and Rosa tomato leaf salad. Season to taste.
