Tomato and chicken meatball penne

Ingredients

  • 400 g Penne
  • 2 T Cooking olive oil
  • 600 g Chicken meatballs
  • 600 g Everything tomato pasta sauce
  • 250 g Ricotta
  • Rosa tomato leaf salad

Cooking Instructions

 

  1. Cook the penne in boiling salted water for 10 minutes, or until al dente, then drain.
  2. While pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large pan over a medium heat and fry the meatballs until cooked through and golden. Pour over the sauce and heat through
  3. Serve meatballs with the pasta, ricotta and Rosa tomato leaf salad. Season to taste.
