Crudo with pangrattato

Ingredients

  • 400 g tuna steak, frozen and thinly sliced
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • lemon, juiced
  • 4 tbsp Italian parsley, roughly chopped
  • sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 100 g Woolworths smoked Italian pancetta
  • 1/4 ciabatta, broken into pieces

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pancetta until golden. Add the garlic and ciabatta and fry until crispy and golden.
