Ingredients
- 400 g tuna steak, frozen and thinly sliced
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- lemon, juiced
- 4 tbsp Italian parsley, roughly chopped
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 100 g Woolworths smoked Italian pancetta
- 1/4 ciabatta, broken into pieces

Cooking Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pancetta until golden. Add the garlic and ciabatta and fry until crispy and golden.
