Crispy baby marrow fries

Ingredients
- Maldon salt, to taste
- 1 L sunflower oil, for frying
- 2 free-range eggs, beaten
- 250 g flour
- 350 g baby marrows

Cooking Instructions
- Trim the baby marrows, slice into 3 mm long strips and remove the seeds.
- Mix the flour and eggs. Dip the baby marrows into the batter and fry in the hot oil for 5 minutes, or until golden. Drain on kitchen paper and season.
