Crispy baby marrow fries

Ingredients

  • Maldon salt, to taste
  • 1 L sunflower oil, for frying
  • 2 free-range eggs, beaten
  • 250 g flour
  • 350 g baby marrows

Cooking Instructions

  1. Trim the baby marrows, slice into 3 mm long strips and remove the seeds.
  2. Mix the flour and eggs. Dip the baby marrows into the batter and fry in the hot oil for 5 minutes, or until golden. Drain on kitchen paper and season.
