Creamy Mussel Tagliatelle

Ingredients

  • 400 g Tagliatelle
  • 500 g Frozen mussels with garlic and herb butter
  • 250 g Cultured creme fraiche
  • Red Pepper and Calabrian Chilli

Cooking Instructions

 

  1. Cook the tagliatelle in salted boiling water for 10 minutes or until al dente, then drain.
  2. While you are cooking the pasta, heat the olive oil in a saucepan and add the mussels. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir through the cream and serve on the past with a dollop of pesto. Season to taste.
