Creamy Mussel Tagliatelle

Ingredients
- 400 g Tagliatelle
- 500 g Frozen mussels with garlic and herb butter
- 250 g Cultured creme fraiche
- Red Pepper and Calabrian Chilli

Cooking Instructions
- Cook the tagliatelle in salted boiling water for 10 minutes or until al dente, then drain.
- While you are cooking the pasta, heat the olive oil in a saucepan and add the mussels. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir through the cream and serve on the past with a dollop of pesto. Season to taste.
