Green chicken pasta

Ingredients
- 250ml wholewheat pasta
- 4 free-range skinless chicken breast fillets
- 6 Tbsp olive oil, to drizzle
- 2 onions, roughly chopped
- 200g asparagus, chopped
- 1/2 cup baby broccoli, chopped
- 4 tbsp parsley, roughly chopped
- 2 tsp thyme
- 10 g basil
- 1 pinch cardamom pods
- 1 dollop fat-free yoghurt

Cooking Instructions
- Boil the pasta until al dente.
- In a pan, fry the chicken breasts in olive oil until they start to colour.
- Add the chopped onions, asparagus and baby broccoli. Add more oil if necessary.
- Cover and cook for 4 minutes, then remove from the heat.
- Season and add a pinch each of parsley, thyme, basil and cardamom.
- Toss with the pasta and serve with a dollop of fat-free yoghurt or cream, if desired.
