Yakiniku beef bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 300 g beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced
  • Tonton Kobe BBQ Sauce
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil, to drizzle
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced

Cooking Instructions

Place thinly sliced beef in a plastic bag. Pour Tonton Kobe BBQ  Sauce and marinade for 2 to 4 hours. If you can marinade overnight, it is better.

  1. Put cooked rice in a bowl.
  2. Heat the pan on medium heat.
  3. Add oil, sliced onion and carrot and pan fry.
  4. Put cooked vegetable on top of rice.
  5. Add oil again and pan fry marinated beef.
  6. Put cooked yakiniku beef on top of vegetable/rice and serve.
