Mixed mushrooms with Calabrese Sauce

Ingredients
- Calabrese Peperoncino Hot Pepper Sauce
- 1 garlic cloves, crushed
- pink salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 300 g mixed mushrooms (including shiitake mushrooms, portabellini mushrooms, and button mushrooms)
- extra virgin olive oil, plus extra for drizzling

Cooking Instructions
- Clean mushrooms with a clean kitchen towel. Cut into slices.
- Cut garlic in half.
- Heat olive oil to medium heat in pan. Add garlic fry for 30 seconds. Add the Pepper sauce.
- Let it cook for 1 minute, add the mushrooms. Let it cook for a few minutes, stirring often and gently.
- Then add freshly ground salt, combine the parsley, stir and continue cooking for 10 minutes in a covered pan and heat, stirring occasionally.
- Finally, turn off the heat and serve with crusty bread.
