Saag Paneer

Ingredients

  • Saag cook-in sauce
  • 2 T vegetable oil
  • 200 g paneer, cut into medium sized cubes
  • fresh coriander to garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat oil to a medium-high heat, in a medium saucepan. Add paneer cube and fry for 2 minutes until golden brown, turning frequently.
  2. Add the contents of the jar of sauce. Rinse the remaining sauce with 100 ml of water and add this to the pan. Bring to a gentle simmer for 2 minutes with the lid off.
  3. Add the spice blend and cook for a further minute. Season to taste.
  4. Serve with basmati rice, poppadoms and freshly chopped coriander, with any of the Woolworths pickles or chutneys of your choice.
