Butter Chicken Curry

Ingredients

  • 1 T vegetable oil
  • 2 T butter
  • 400 g Free range chicken breast fillets, cut into medium-sized cubes
  • 1/2 jar Butter Chicken Paste
  • 60 ml fresh pouring cream
  • 1 sachet concentrated liquid chicken stock, mixed with 80 ml water
  • fresh coriander leaves to garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat the oil & butter in a saucepan on medium heat. Add the chicken, fry for 3 minutes.
  2. Add paste and fry for 5 minutes..
  3. Add chicken stock and cook for 3 mins. Add cream and cook for a further 3 minutes. Season to taste if needed.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with basmati rice and your choice of poppadoms.
