Butter Chicken Curry
Ingredients
- 1 T vegetable oil
- 2 T butter
- 400 g Free range chicken breast fillets, cut into medium-sized cubes
- 1/2 jar Butter Chicken Paste
- 60 ml fresh pouring cream
- 1 sachet concentrated liquid chicken stock, mixed with 80 ml water
- fresh coriander leaves to garnish

Cooking Instructions
- Heat the oil & butter in a saucepan on medium heat. Add the chicken, fry for 3 minutes.
- Add paste and fry for 5 minutes..
- Add chicken stock and cook for 3 mins. Add cream and cook for a further 3 minutes. Season to taste if needed.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with basmati rice and your choice of poppadoms.
