Roast butternut, bacon and spinach salad

Ingredients
- 1 x 300 g Woolworths diced butternut
- 1/4 red onion,sliced
- 80 g baby spinach
- 200 g Dry Cured Wood Smoked Streaky Bacon

Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Toss 1 x 300 g packet Woolworths diced butternut in olive oil and roast for 20 minutes.
- Add 200 g wood-smoked streaky bacon to the same baking tray after 10 minutes, then roast for a further 10 minutes.
- Toss with 200 g baby spinach, ¼ finely diced red onion and 100 g Woolworths feta salad balls.
- Scatter over Woolworths salt-and-pepper croutons before serving.
