Spinach and pecorino soup

Ingredients

  • extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle
  • 2 x 25 g Organic Himalayan pink salt & lemon pepper kale chips
  • 50 g Pecorino cheese, finely grated
  • 600 g fresh creamy baby spinach and pecorino soup, prepared as instructed

Cooking Instructions

  1. Add soup to a pot to heat up.
  2. Finely grate Percorino Cheese.
  3. Take a tablespoon at a time and place in a hot pan.
  4. Leave to melt and bubble, then remove from the heat to firm up.
  5. Ladle the soup into serving bowls.
  6. Top with kale chips and pecorino crisps.
