Spinach and pecorino soup
Ingredients
- extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle
- 2 x 25 g Organic Himalayan pink salt & lemon pepper kale chips
- 50 g Pecorino cheese, finely grated
- 600 g fresh creamy baby spinach and pecorino soup, prepared as instructed

Cooking Instructions
- Add soup to a pot to heat up.
- Finely grate Percorino Cheese.
- Take a tablespoon at a time and place in a hot pan.
- Leave to melt and bubble, then remove from the heat to firm up.
- Ladle the soup into serving bowls.
- Top with kale chips and pecorino crisps.
