Grilled scallop salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh corn kernels
- 1 cup tomato, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- Tonton Yuzu Sauce
- salt and pepper
- 8 frozen Ready to Cook scallops
- 3 Tbsp olive oil, to drizzle

Cooking Instructions
- Heat a grill pan over high heat. Lightly brush scallop with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill scallops until just opaque. Set a side of cooked scallops.
- In a bowl, combine together fresh corn, tomato, red onion with Tonton Yuzu Sauce.
- Place a salad on a plate and add cooked scallop on top.
- Drizzle the Tonton Yuzu Sauce.
