Grilled scallop salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh corn kernels
  • 1 cup tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • Tonton Yuzu Sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 frozen Ready to Cook scallops
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil, to drizzle

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat a grill pan over high heat. Lightly brush scallop with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill scallops until just opaque. Set a side of cooked scallops.
  3. In a bowl, combine together fresh corn, tomato, red onion with Tonton Yuzu Sauce.
  4. Place a salad on a plate and add cooked scallop on top.
  5. Drizzle the Tonton Yuzu Sauce.
