Prawn breyani

Ingredients

  • 500 g Extra Large Black Tiger Prawns
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 50 g Vindaloo Indian curry paste
  • 1 tbsp Grate fresh turmeric
  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp crushed chilli
  • 2 tbsp 20 g breyani spice
  • pinch of saffron
  • basmati rice

Cooking Instructions

  1. Stir-fry 500 g Woolworths extra-large black tiger prawns in 1 tsp ghee and 1 x 50 g sachet Woolworths vindaloo Indian curry paste.
  2. In a separate pan, heat 2 tsp ghee over a medium heat.
  3. Add 1 tsp grated fresh turmeric, 1 tsp crushed garlic, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 tsp crushed chilli, 2 tsp Woolworths breyani spice and a pinch of saffron.
  4. Fry until fragrant. Cook Woolworths basmati rice according to package instructions and serve with the prawns.
